With over 11 years of hands-on experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, Iโ€™ve led initiatives in:

  • FMEA Moderation & Facilitation (AIAG-VDA DFMEA/PFMEA)
  • APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Control Plans
  • System Engineering, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), and IATF 16949 Implementation
  • Welding process analysis, quality assurance, supplier development

Currently working as a Technical Lead at Brose India Pvt. Ltd., Iโ€™ve helped global OEMs and Tier-1s, and others improve their product and process quality through robust problem-solving, risk analysis, and documentation.

Iโ€™ve always believed that the future of manufacturing lies in data-informed decisions โ€” whether itโ€™s using SPC charts to identify process drift or applying machine learning to predict warranty failures.

So I began my transition into the data science domain, specifically focusing on real-world manufacturing datasets, analytics, and machine learning use cases.

Through this platform, Iโ€™m documenting my own learning while creating a public knowledge base for quality engineers, data professionals, and manufacturers who want to upskill and thrive in Industry 4.0.
