With over 11 years of hands-on experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, I’ve led initiatives in:
- FMEA Moderation & Facilitation (AIAG-VDA DFMEA/PFMEA)
- APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Control Plans
- System Engineering, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), and IATF 16949 Implementation
- Welding process analysis, quality assurance, supplier development
Currently working as a Technical Lead at Brose India Pvt. Ltd., I’ve helped global OEMs and Tier-1s, and others improve their product and process quality through robust problem-solving, risk analysis, and documentation.

I’ve always believed that the future of manufacturing lies in data-informed decisions — whether it’s using SPC charts to identify process drift or applying machine learning to predict warranty failures.
So I began my transition into the data science domain, specifically focusing on real-world manufacturing datasets, analytics, and machine learning use cases.
Through this platform, I’m documenting my own learning while creating a public knowledge base for quality engineers, data professionals, and manufacturers who want to upskill and thrive in Industry 4.0.
